The Superyacht Training Group was established in 2019 to bring together the worlds leading providers of onboard training to yacht crew.

Drawing on the experience, professionalism and knowledge of this broad range of training providers, vessels emerging from build, refit or simply on operations can benefit from a full catalogue of services designed to ensure the crew remain at the forefront of their skill base for the benefit of all on board.

Our mission is to ensure all crew onboard work to the same standards and where necessary, to the equipment manufacturers guidance.  We see all the time that crew enjoy training, get engrossed in improving standards and use the opportunity to ask the questions they never felt comfortable to ask in a classroom.

We make it simple to generate bespoke training for each vessel which will not counter any regulatory training but just align all the crew to the same procedures relevant to that vessel.  All of which makes the environment safer for crew and guests.
